These hires follow a record year for Brenton Point in 2025, highlighted by the launch of two new investment platforms (Landmark Funeral Group in Ohio and Premier Equipment Solutions in Connecticut) to complement its existing Easton Select Group platform in Massachusetts. Over the year, the firm completed 14 add-on acquisitions and raised $83 million in new equity and secured $110 million in new debt. The firm also launched its Advisory Board with nine senior executives who will assist the firm in platform sourcing, diligence and value creation.

Evan Weinstein – Partner
Weinstein brings 20 years of middle-market private equity experience, most recently as a Partner at Incline Equity Partners, where he was a founding member of the lower-middle-market Incline Elevate fund extension. At Incline, he led transactions in the business services, distribution and manufacturing sectors with a focus on founder- and family-owned businesses. Prior to Incline, he held senior roles at PAI Partners and CI Capital Partners and began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers. At Brenton Point, he will focus on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation as well as overall firm strategy and leadership.
Greg Martinsen – Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Martinsen brings extensive financial and operational leadership experience across private equity, hedge fund, and family office environments, most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at InTandem Capital Partners. As Brenton Point’s COO/CFO, he will oversee finance, accounting, investor relations, compliance, and operational infrastructure, with a proven track record of building and successfully leading enterprise-wide functions.
Alexandria Haggar – Senior Associate
Haggar brings deal evaluation and execution experience from Sterling Investment Partners, where she was a Senior Associate focused on middle-market buyout transactions in business services and distribution. She previously spent two years in Citigroup’s Clean Energy Transition Group, focused on transactions in the energy sector. At Brenton Point, she will support deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio initiatives.
