September 22: Startups, Venture Capital and Uzbekistan–Japan Cooperation

ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2026 will open with a strong focus on startups, investment and international technology partnerships.

The Startup & Venture Summit will bring together founders, venture capital funds, angel investors and startup ecosystem leaders from around the world to discuss startup growth, fundraising, international expansion and the evolving role of public and private capital in innovation.

For founders, the summit will provide an opportunity to connect with investors and ecosystem organizations, exchange experience with other entrepreneurs and explore pathways to new markets. The second day will focus on Uzbekistan’s position in the international technology economy and the development of connected regional ecosystems.
The Enterprise Uzbekistan Summit, under the theme “Rethinking Jurisdictions for the Global Technology Economy,” will examine how modern technology jurisdictions are built and what global technology companies need to scale. International experts, investors and policymakers will discuss Uzbekistan’s investment potential alongside leading international technology jurisdictions.

The OTS Technology Forum will focus on building a connected innovation ecosystem across the Organization of Turkic States, with discussions on cross-border cooperation, ecosystem integration and joint investment. September 24: Startup World Cup, AI and Middle East

September 24 will place global startup competition, artificial intelligence, and international investment at the center of ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2026.

One of the day’s major events will be the official Uzbekistan regional stage of the Startup World Cup, organized in partnership with Limpid VC and Pegasus Tech Ventures.

Regional startups will pitch before an international jury, receiving live scoring and expert feedback. The winning startup will advance to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in Silicon Valley, where companies from around the world will compete for a $1 million grand prize.

The competition will provide founders with international exposure and a direct pathway from the regional startup ecosystem to a global investment stage.
AI NATIVE: Ideas to Innovation will move AI beyond presentations and into live demonstrations. Participants will see LLMs and cloud AI in action, explore working robotics prototypes and learn about AI-related study programs, careers and hackathons through the “Join the AI Game” experience.

The Uzbekistan–Middle East Tech Summit will connect Uzbekistan’s technology ecosystem with investors, technology companies and institutional partners from the Middle East. AWS Community Day Uzbekistan will bring together developers, solution architects and IT leaders to explore cloud technologies, DevOps and artificial intelligence.

The program will include expert sessions, an AI Agents Football Competition, where autonomous AI agents will compete against each other, as well as interactive side activities and networking.

Participants will also exchange practical experience and discuss the development of cloud technologies in Central Asia.

The IGNYTE AI Challenge 2026 will focus on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, with five shortlisted finalists presenting their solutions across dedicated challenge tracks before the recognition of leading talent in AI and security.

GameGap will provide a dedicated platform for game developers, studios and independent creators looking to scale, publish and secure investment. Regional gaming studios will showcase their work, while sessions will explore indie and startup models, publishing strategies and IT Park Ventures support, alongside game testing and networking.

The four-day startup and investment agenda will conclude with TAQDIMOT (Startup Show & Pitch Battle), bringing promising technology startups to the stage for short presentations and live pitch battles.
